Q: what do you do with my personal information?

A: whatever personal information you provide us in our contact forms or order forms is never sold or pass to anyone outside our company. In addition; all financial transactions are dealt online on our secure site. We will NEVER request financial information via e-mail.

Q: what kind of payments do you accept?

A: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and checks. Check payments will delay your order until your check has been cleared. We only collect payment AFTER you have approved your proof.

Q: what is the size of your save the date magnet?

A: our most popular size is 3.5″ x 4″ (two business cards) but we can custom produce just about any size you want to including business card magnets.

Q: what is your minimum order size?

A: minimum order size is 50 magnets.

Q: are your save the date magnets coated?

A: yes all our magnets receive a plastic lamination to protect your save the date from smearing.

Q: how are the magnets shipped?Cost?

A: all our magnets are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified and generallyand take no longer than 3 working days from Kansas City, MO.

  • Typical UPS ground shipping cost is between $8 to $10.
  • 2nd day air $20
  • Next day air shipments around $50.

Q: do you provide envelopes?

A: yes all orders include white baronial envelopes – 3 5/8″ x 5 1/8″ (#4 Size envelopes)

Q: can I see a proof before I order?

A: all orders require a proof approval before we  place the order into production.

Q: what kind of proof do I get? can I get an actual magnet proof?

A: we provide a free PDF proof sent to your e-mail but if you require an actual proof we will add a $45 actual proof charge.

Q: how do I approve my proof?

A: we will send you a link to go to our proof approval page where you can accept, deny or accept with changes the proof we sent you.

Q: can I cancel my order at any time?

A: You can cancel your order BEFORE you approve your proof. After your proof is approved; you will then be responsible for your order charge.

Q: do you provide save the date cards?

A: Yes we do. You can ask to receive cards instead of magnets for the same price.

Q: Can I use my own design or background pictures?

A: Sure. Just be sure to provide them using the following guidelines below.

Q: What kind of files can I send in?

A: You can send us any graphic file format (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or just a plain JPEG image. Just be sure that the JPEG is at least 300 dpi at the final size of the magnet.

Q: What is your imprint area?

A:  We will resize your JPEG photo to fit the save the date magnet. However; if your are a designer; please send the files with a 4.125″ x 3.625″ full bleed and we will finish it at 3.5 x 4 “.

Q: do you use inkjet printers to make your magnets?

A: No. Our magnets are printed using commercial digital presses that assure the highest print quality in the industry.

Q: can I mail my magnets for a single first-class stamp?

A: yes

Q: what is the weight of the magnets?

A: 9 lbs per 250 magnets

Q: can I change color or font styles?

A: Sure. Just be sure to communicate to us what you want and we will take care of it.

Q: do you have more styles that are not online?

A: yes we have several hundred designs and artwork that are available to you; just make a request.
